What if I have food allergies?
Every recipe is adaptable for dairy, gluten, nut and egg intolerance as well as vegetarian preferences.  The recipes use seasonal ingredients and are easily customised to suit the dietary needs of anyone eating the meal.

What if I have a medical condition? 
If you feel you would benefit by having access to a nutritionist to support your health needs the Guilt Free Food School is perfect for you.  You can upgrade to receiving your own personalised eating guide, being coached in a group or one to one with Catherine once you access to the Guilt Free Food School online platform. As long as your condition has been assessed by your general practitioner first then it will work for you. 

Can I access the Food School on my mobile?
Yes, as long as you have an internet connection you can access the Food School resources.

How much time will this take? 
You can look up recipes on the fly or you can down load the weekly menu to help make shopping easier. If you take advantage of all the Food School offers you'll likely save time each week.  Members often rave how it simplifies their healthy eating the the cost of eating healthy each week. 

How does it work?
As soon as you are a paid member you have access to all the content and recipes. There is also daily activity in the Facebook Group.  Those who check-in, engage, learn and eat Guilt Free get the most from the school.

Can I do it when I'm pregnant?  
YES!  This is not a diet.  It is about satisfying and nourishing your body.  Being satisfied and nourished will give your baby the best possible start.

How do the recipes work?  
Every recipe uses the science of satisfaction formula. This is an evidence based approach at feeding the body with foods that lower the glycemic impact. This means your energy and blood sugars will have less spikes and lows throughout the day. Every recipe is balanced so that they include all the necessary elements to keep you fuller for longer. 

Can whole family eat the same as me? 
Yes!  The recipes are adjustable to suit different dietary needs. This is not diet.  All recipes are balanced so that all ages can gain benefits and improve their mood, health and wellbeing. 

Is this a weight loss programme or something I can do for life? 
Good question!  Yes you can do this for life. Unlike a structured meal plan where there is no flexibility this provides you with choice. If you would like to find out what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner to gain faster results you can upgrade to work with the guilt free nutritionist by application.  In the food school you'll learn why your body needs carbs, fat, sugar and yes even fruit and veg.  The focus is on empowering you and the way you think and talk about food, so you model better behaviour for the children in your life.  The GFFS is not about removing anything from your diet, rather the focus is adding value to how you already eat to give you results that last. 

Is it safe to use my credit card?  
Yes.  This site is protected by an SSL Certificate.  Your payment is taken by Stripe.  The premiere payment processor for online transactions.  We do not see or store your credit card details.

How long do meals take to make?
The majority of meals are designed to be created fast so that you aren't in the kitchen for long lengths of time. Some may have longer cooking times and will depend on how fast you can prepare and chop vegetables. On average they take about 20 minutes. 

Do the recipes include expensive ingredients?
The recipes you'll receive each term use seasonal ingredients.  You'll not find obscure exotic ingredients in the science of satisfaction recipes.  The recipes are adaptable to being dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and substitutes are provided to meet every need that you feed.
